             Dancing is very enjoyable and provides a healthy source of exercise. There are many types of challenging dances to do.
             Ballet is a graceful performance that often tells a story. Posture is very important in ballet. Correct posture is essential to good coordination of body movement and balance. The body should be straight and the weight well centered. Bar exercises are used to help balance peoples bodies on knew movements so later the movements can be done gracefully on the floor. During bar exercises holding onto a bar lightly with your fingertips is for easy release of arms for graceful movements. Flexibility helps very much in the movements of ballet. Stretching is highly encouraged before dancing. Stretching helps with people's flexibility and flexibility is one of the main keys in dance.
             Jazz is a sharp but moving dance. Jazz requires a ton of expression! The main part of jazz is to have attitude during the dance. Expression and attitude entertains the audience and makes them want to keep watching. The movements in jazz should be sharp and expressive. Jazz is usually a fast kind of dance with fast and energetic movements. Flexibility is also the main key in jazz as well as ballet. Flexibility helps in the splits, leaps, and turns which are in most jazz dances.
             Tap is a very bouncy, energetic dance. Tap is a quite hard dance in different ways to do. When tapping, getting the right sounds out of the taps is hard to do. There are many sounds tap shoes make. Tap dances are all about character. In tap dances acting out the song is a big factor. Being a lion or another character is an example for a tap routine. A big part of tapping consists of great leg speed. When tapping the legs go really fast. Leg muscles are a big part of speed.
             Dancing is a very enjoyable activity to some people. Tap, Ballet and Jazz are only three of the challenging dances people can try. Dancing is fun for all ages.
