             • an empathy for the experiences of the servicemen and women and their families.
             So firstly how do we talk about representation and common experience? We relate it back to their very own.
             school group. We discuss the differences in the group (hair colour, height, boys/girls) then introduce the group.
             of men in the Australian Imperial Force - imagine the differences in over 400,000 men! It is then emphasised.
             that in this program we are not thinking about their differences but what they had in common.
