             where the gang member comes in if the parent is not there. After they have got them in .
             the gang then they break it down to them that the way you make the money is by stealing, .
             robbing and selling drugs but before they can earn the big money they have to start small .
             and this is when goals are set for them. And so badly wanting acceptance they will do .
             anything to reach those goals. Gangs from the past had used organization and control to .
             be successful in the illegal things they did. I think that as time went on they last patience.

             control those gangs were easier to deal with because they were predictable. Now as time .
             went on they are starting to get more organized and in today's gangs they even have a .
             rank structure. The gang's today break down to four levels the first being the top level.
