Day I would never live again

In the middle of the April, "92, my dad decided that during every anemy's attack we have to go to the bomb shelter. Infect, that shelter was basement of our old house that was build 80 years ago, but build very hard from bricks with thick walls. Basement walls were thick more than 3ft. 15 years ago basement was used as storage space for coal, but since we started to use electricity for hitting basement was neglected. We cleaned the basement and put everything in order as best as we could, but humidity and stuffy air stayed. We were able to carry just ten chairs, barrel of water, blankets, some food, candles and few more important tings in case we stayed there longer.
Nobody liked that old and dark space, although we knew that was the safest place in whole our neighborhood. Especially, we kids didn't like that space, because we didn't have space for playing, and older's annoyed us with themes warnings, as well as with stories about war. We really were not aware of danger in the war. Explosion of granites and gunshots were like thunders for us. Even if we were scared we didn't believe that all of that kills.
During one day in the morning there was no explosion, so our parents went back in the apartments, saying that we have to stay in the shelter. We forget that warning fast, and went on street to play. We thought that we used the safest part of the street, but we were wrong. .
A Happened! Some explosive device came from nowhere and felt down on the grass, near by us. A Exploded everywhere around us. They were small explosions, but really there was to many of them. We started to scream, and to run to the shelter. Some of the kids fell down on the street crying for help. My dad came first; he moved them to the safe place, and gives them first aid. That was the first time, I saw blood. Carrying them, they took them to the hospital, which was about half mile far from our house. On my dads face I saw that wounds were Sirius fortunately all kids survived.
