Mayor Daley

When Mayor Daley is doing a speech, he shakes his head back and forth quite frequently. I get the impression that he is not a happy camper when he is forced to get up and speak to the public. Being mayor is his job, so he must get up to do a speech once in a while, to inform the fair people of the "Windy City" of what's going on in political matters and so on. He must do this even if he doesn't want to, because everyone has to do things that they dont want to sometimes. I have a theory that Mayor Daley gives more a variety of facial expressions and arm gestures when he is nervous or facing certain problems of his own. I think that when he is having these certain "problems", he is not too fit to speak to the public, therefore he needs to calm down and just concentrate on his job as mayor of this fair city. Also when he is finished addressing the public, some people would have a few questions to ask, and I know the press asks too many questions, but he should give everyone at least one chance to speak thier mind. I also find it rude when Mayor Daley finally gives people a chance to talk then he just cuts them off and answers the question before they finish it so he might be answering the wrong question or give the wrong answer. Before I finish I would like to add that since Mayor Daley was elected to be such an important part of our economy, to speak and to carry out laws and other important mayoral duties, he should also listen to all of the publics requests, concerns, and complaints. If the mayor were to change at least half of the things I noticed that were wrong with the way he leads, then our city would be run by a much more efficiant and stronger Mayor Daley.
