Sexual development and sicknesses

Paraphilias are known as sexual disorders that primarily occur in males.
Paraphilias are any sexual fantasy, urge or acts that occur for more than six months. These sexual deviations also interfere with the person's life or put the person in some sort of suffering. The reason people have paraphilias is to get to the point of sexual arousal where they are satisfied, and usually very specific fetishes help them achieve the stimulus needed to be sexually satisfied. There are many different forms of paraphilias. There are noncoercive and coercive paraphilias. Noncoercive behavior consists of these rather uncommon sexual urges that don't usually cause people harm, while coercive behavior does.
Fetishism involves using objects to reach sexual arousal. Since paraphilias mostly occur with males, fetish objects usually have to do with female clothing. The fetishist commonly uses items such as panties, bras, stockings and shoes in place of a partner to experience sexual arousal. They choose objects usually with a specific smell or texture. These objects are used mostly during masturbation or the fetishist asks their partner to wear the objects during sexual actions. Fetishism is usually a risk-free act until the fetishist starts stealing objects from either clothes stores or from women's homes. This is when they usually seek out help. Also when their objects become more sexually stimulating than their partner is also when fetishists seek professional help.
Another paraphilias is exhibitionism. Exhibitionists have sexual urges or fantasies to expose themselves to a credulous stranger and either masturbates in front of them or after the act. They usually target women in a quiet secluded area either on foot or in a car. Another common fact between all exhibitionists is that they don't seek to scare their victims but hope that whomever they expose themselves to will get pleasure out of it as well.
