            Each day the world is becoming more competitive; as a consequence, people are leaving behind their values in order to achieve their goals in this challenging period. Loyalty to the employer now is questionable, once the companies don't show responsability themselves for their employees' future.
             What is loyalty? It could be classified as a feeling that you are also responsible for the company, making you work hard, believing that is your mission to keep the business going. Anyone who is willing to build his career in a company, uses this word as his motto to get over his daily problems. Loyalty is motivational; it is an emocional appeal to make the employees believe that it could be rewarding to dedicate their lives in a long-term period for a logo.
             On the other hand, each year the number of people who change their jobs increases. Would it not be a surprise if you realize that there exists a bunch of opportunities waiting for good professionals, while you are stuck on "thank you cards" and "Christmas parties". This Capitalism, where one gets hired and another fired, it is how the world works and you must keep going on, accepting changes, doing yours if necessary. Companies merge, why don't you?.
             This controversial issue creates anxiety and great expectations from both sides, but also maintains the market alive.
