There for, fast food has become an integral part of our life and has permeated many cultures around the world. You can also find something in your freezer; put them into the microwave oven, five minutes or less, your dinner is done. However, eat fast does not mean eat right. When people have been freed from the kitchen, they may lose the joy of eating and cooking, also, a harmonious relationship with families. .
             Fast food is often associated with fat and not without reason.
