Medea

I am Medea, the princess and the great sorceress of Colchis. When Jason and his companions came to Colchis looking for the Golden Fleece for his uncle, Pelias, I was old enough to marry. He promised to marry me if I were to help in his quest for the Golden Fleece. I gave him spells and he successfully received the Golden Fleece from my father. After my hand was given in marriage to Jason, he wanted me to leave Colchis for Thessaly. To this, my father strongly objected. But for love, a woman could do anything. That night, I fled Colchis with Jason on the Argo. To stop my father from chasing me, I chopped up my brother's body and threw them overboard. Oh, how foolish I was then! In Thessaly, Pelias wouldn't give up his seat to the rightful heir of the realm, Jason. In revenge for him, I told his daughters that I could make Pelias young again. They were instructed to drain his blood before I could pour my potion in. After they have done so, Jason and I fled Thessaly to go on another adventure. This led us to Cronith, a place safe from our families and enemies. .
Once in Cronith, Jason became sinful, flamboyant, and selfish to his family. He left me for a younger and prettier bride. He left me nothing but a house and my two sons and for this he will pay the price for the pain he has caused us. Since then, my two sons and I have been exiled from Cronith. Beware Cronithians; no one will have the last laugh at my expense. It's not Cronithans nor Creon and most definitely not Jason. I have already made plans to escape to Athens (one of the few places remaining that I didn't murder anyone for Jason) after the dreadful event that befell on the royal house. The messenger from the royal palace came and told me the wonderful news of Glauce and Creon killed together in a burst of flames. After I heard the news, I had to kill my own children. I knew that by killing his own children, our children, it would have the greatest and the most painful blow to Jason.
