             Different people can portray their own leadership qualities. A director can convince a crowd of people using false facts and blinding them from the truth. If a person places too much trust in a leader, he has the capability of taking advantage. All leaders want to run their land by using their system. They want the power and the ability to control every action that takes place in their territory. Snowball is a pig that gained more respect among the animals. Napoleon, in the other hand, is a ruthless pig that simply wanted control of the Animal Farm. Snowball and Napoleon performed their own methods of managing the Animal Farm.
             Snowball was a passionate, intelligent, and respectful to the other animals on the farm. For example, Snowball assembled meeting and ceremonies. He developed the meetings for the animals to debate and vote on resolving certain situations. As the result, the animals formed the Seven Commandments. One of the Seven Commandments was that the animals were forbidden to communicate with humans and become like one another. In addition, Snowball organized groups called Animal Committees. Some things that took place in the Animal Committee was to tame the animals and re-educate them. The reading and writing class was a success and most of the animals became literate. Snowball cared about the animal's education and wanted them to become diligent workers. Furthermore, Snowball led the animals to victory at the Battle of the Cowshed. Snowball thoroughly organized the groups to attack humans. One by one, animals were signaled to strike the humans with all their might. Boxer, a horse, crushed a man's skull. The animal successfully ran the humans off their property. Snowball's commitment to Animal Farm was most important to him. .
             Napoleon is selfish and greedy because he only shows interest in controlling the Animal Farm; however he is precise with what he wants done around the Animal Farm.
