Corruption in our government

To most people, corruption appears as the receiving of bribes or wrongfully issuing favors to certain peoples or persons. In some cases this is true. However, this only scratches the surface. The true corruption is occurring right in front of our eyes in the hall of legislature. This corruption occurs on a regular bases now. Unfortunately, the people of our beloved nation do not recognize it.
You can rest assured that if our founding fathers saw how carelessly our government has disregarded liberty and justice they would be in no way at all pleased. In my opinion the sheer disregard of individual human rights by our current government is a total ignorance of what our founding fathers fought for. .
The last option to the people of the United States of America is a revolution. But because our people have lost sight of justice and liberty, they do not have the desire or will to do so thus eliminating any chance of this corruption's end, unless by some miracle this nation's eyes are pried open.
The primary objective of the Constitution is to defend liberty. Congress can only create laws that pursue liberty, or in other words the Constitution. And two conditions must be met: #1 Jurisdiction must exist and #2, Congressional act(s) must not violate the rights of any individual citizen(s). If any laws might obstruct these rules it goes void and becomes useless. Something comes to mind; the gun control act. This clearly violates the 2nd amendment which states, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.".
There was no other nation on earth that offered more freedom than the USA. This brought peace and prosperity never seen before in our nation. The federal government must uphold the rights of the people. It must not undermine the just powers of the states. Congress and the executive branch are bound by the Constitution.
