Mannors & Behavior

             As I walk through the store I noticed this little boy throwing a fit. This little boy wanted a toy and continued to yell and scream until he got his way. I raise my children to know that I will not tolerate that kind of behavior. And I believe that more parents should do the same with their children. Before you keep reading think about the places that you visit and think about the children that you see there. Now ask yourself if this how you would like your children to behave.
             I think that telling your child "no" is the best thing that you could ever do for them. When I tell my children no I am teaching them that there are rules and regulations for the way that they live. Not every time you tell them no teaches them something. But when you tell them no that they cannot climb on chairs; you also have to give them a reason of why and this is the lesson that they learn. And if they are like my children they don't listen and they will have to learn the hard way the first couple of times; this does help with them listening to you in the future.
             I see to many children that demand for things that they want. Maybe I am wrong! As an adult I have to say lease and thank you, this helps me look intelligent. Now we all want our children to look intelligent and to do this we need to teach them to say please and thank you. Make them use these phrases and make sure that they use these two phrases all the time. You remember in school you were told that practice makes perfect; well who ever told you that was right. I make sure that; when my children want something; my children say please. If they don't they don't get what they wanted. And when they get what they want they have to say thank you. Now even though they did say please they must also say thank you or I take what ever they got away from them. .
