It also states that scientists believe the fatty acids contained in human breast milk contribute to "optimal brain growth". .
             Most mothers don't breast feed because they feel they don't have the time. However, you don't have to be tied down while breast feeding. The flyer explains when to pump, how much to pump, and how long breast milk stays good in a refrigerator. The flyer explains that you can breast feed for the first few months and intermittently pump breast milk out and freeze it. Breast milk can be kept in a refrigerator for up to 6 months. So many working moms can feel secure that their children can get the same nutrition as other babies who breast feed.
             Not all mothers give birth to their babies knowing how to breast feed them.
