Consumer Reports Online

org is not a free site there are few reports that give us a taste on how this site works and it content. This site probably contains almost everything in our world. The reports that I have read are informational reports that present facts and are presented to a large audience. The description of these reports is very similar to the one described in chapter 19. Also this site contains analytical reports that offer us the comparison between two or more items. An interpretation of the conclusions that was reached within the report, what it means to us and how is going to help us is presented. This is very similar to the format in the book. The reports on the web deviate from the book format by not going into great details regarding the product(s).
Most of the reports on this site are informational reports and the rest are analytical reports. Also, some of the comments at the end of few reports lead us to believe that we have recommendation reports, but is my opinion that is not the case. Will be an unjustified risk due to legal activities that may arise from recommendation reports. If the recommendations are to be blamed if damages occur once the item is bought legal actions may be evident. Unless there is a policy that does not make these reports a liability to consumer reports.org.
The results are presented as they were tested in the field. The conclusions of these reports.
are interpretations of these results. Recommendations are based on the tests results. The consumer based on the test results and the recommendations then chooses the item.
