Capture the build of tension and Justice in MacBeth

In the play "MacBeth" there is a build up of tension in the characters and the plot itself that leads to justice. We see the build up of tension right from the beginning of the play and this tension builds throughout the play and finally ends in justice being served to those who did wrong.
The play immediately begins with disorder when the witches enter saying, "Fair is foul and foul is fair" with menacing thunder booming. .
This gives the feeling of disorder and begins the build up of tension.
The play then moves to a military camp where The Scottish King, Duncan hears of the news that his generals, MacBeth and Banquo have defeated two invading armies. This then leads to MacBeth and Banquo encountering the three witches.
The witches then tell MacBeth and Banquo of their prophecy that MacBeth will be made Thane of Cawdor and eventually King of Scotland. They also tell Banquo that he will be the father a line of Scottish Kings.
This prophecy from the witches builds up tension because MacBeth and Banquo treat these prophecies sceptically, until some of King Duncan's men come and inform MacBeth that he has been made Thane of Cawdor. The tension rises when MacBeth is intrigued by the possibility that the prophecy of the witches that he will become King- might be true when he says, "If chance will have me king, chance will crown me".
MacBeth informs Lady MacBeth of what has happened and she suffers none of her husband's uncertainty. She desires that MacBeth to go to all measures to make sure he becomes King and wants him to kill Duncan in order to obtain it. MacBeth is still uncertain and objects to his wife's wishes and says, "We will proceed no further in this business", but she persuades him to kill the King anyway. This is a vital part in the play, as it shows the tension between MacBeth and Lady MacBeth. Lady MacBeth challenges her husband, "Are you a man?".
Despite his doubts and a number of supernatural warnings, including a vision of a bloody dagger, MacBeth stabs Duncan in his sleep.
