Proper management of the employee turnover rate is an integral part to the company belief system. WASTE:.
Waste is not a major concern of TEAM Marketing. We do however promote the policy of recycling training materials, instructing office employees of beneficial information learned at seminars or conferences, and monitoring all business expenses. For example, all lunches with clients, mileage, air travel, etc. must be documented and justified. All Administrative assistants will be in charge of managing office waste. Waste in the supply and logistics part of the company has not been a big issue. .
EEO COMPLAINTS:.
TEAM Marketing has established an EEO Council that is comprised of 6 employees from various positions of the company. Each has received training from the National Ombudsmen agency to instructor our company on how to handle EEO complaints in house. All EEO complaints will be submitted to company policy and procedures consisting of a through investigation within a reasonable time frame of 90 days. Employees do have the right to appeal the decision of the EEO Council to the Senior Account Executive within 30 days of EEO Council's findings. If employee is unsatisfied with the findings of the SAE, the employee has the choice of using a preferred outside EEO investigating agency to conduct an investigation. At anytime the employee is unsatisfied with the procedures of the investigation for their EEO complaint, they are advised to forward their concerns to the National Ombudsman for federal agencies to conduct a high level review in considering the fairness of any actions taken.
