             As well as herpes, Gonorrhea is another STD .
             that effects both sexes. Gonorrhea is less common .
             infectious disease then is herpes. It is said that over .
             600,000 who are infected with the disease, and only ½ .
             are reported to the Center for Disease Control and .

             the national rate of gonorrhea cases has dropped annually since .
             1985, it is still an infectious disease needing to be stopped. In .
             2002, the rate of reported gonorrhea infections was .
             about 125 people for every 100,000.

             People get gonorrhea by having sexual .
             contact with another person who has the disease.
