Islam and Yasir Qadhi

Yasir Qadhi has more than 10,000 die-hard fans" on Facebook, hundreds of sermons on posted and favorited on Youtube, and a growing number of followers on Twitter. He drives a black, leather-interiored Honda CR-V, often pulling into a Popeye's drive-through for popcorn shrimp and gravy-slathered biscuits. He's a controversial, yet powerful, figure in Salafi Islam, and his words resonate with the Muslim community.
Tawhid is the purpose of creation, as, in the Quran, it is said, "I have only created man and Jin to worship me. Yasir Qadhi stresses the importance of not only monotheism, but the significance of three specific areas used to unify Allah. When we use tawhid in Islamic fashion, it implies believing in the ultimate unity of Allah. The three categories that fall under this said belief is: believing that Allah is one and unique in his lordship, believing that Allah is one and unique in his attributes, and believing that Allah is one and unique in his right to be worshiped. Qadhi stresses that a true believer must unify Allah in all three areas as there cannot be one without the other. Although there is no ayat explicitly in the Quran that classify these specific categories, recognizing them is important for true belief. Disposition of more complex issues of theology needs to be conducted by people who are trained and should be down in accordance with proper Islamic etiquette. These ideas of rubibiyya, uluhiyya, and sifat were earlier introduced by Ibn Abdul al-Wahhab with a goal of ensuring that everyone in Saudi Arabia was only worshipping Allah. To further Ibn Abdul al-Wahhab's ideas, Sayyid Qutb also added the concept of hakimiyya, or the oneness of sovereignty. It is clear that Qadhi implemented both scholars in his own teachings. .
According to Qadhi, the tawheed rububiyya expresses that God is the only one who "owns " us and is the only one we should obey. He is our owner, leader, and caretaker.
