Ever since I was a little girl I always wanted to become a teacher.Whenever someone asked me what I would like to be when I grew up I would say a teacher. After I graduate from high school I would like to attend a four year college. My major would be in education. My main focus will be on math because I would like to teach math to elementary school students. I know they do not make that much money, but I think it is better to work in something that I enjoy and get paid less than being forced to do something I do not like for more money. Also, kids always seem to like me and that is an important thing to have to be able to teach. Teaching is my first choice.
If my first plan does not work with teaching, then after I graduate from high school, I would like to either attend a two year college or a four year college. I am not sure exactly what I would major in. If teaching does not work out, I would probably major in business. Business could be used in many different ways. I would also like to attend a culinary school as well. If that works out and I am able to attend one then I will open me a restaurant. That is one way I would use business. One of the reasons why I chose culinary arts is because I like to try different kinds of recipes and taste different foods. A reason why I chose business is because it could be used anywhere I go because I am not sure if I will be staying in the United States all my life. If I go back to my country, then I could have a restaurant there with all kinds of food from all over the world. My second choice after teaching would be business. Going into business would help me open a restaurant.
If neither plan works out for me, business or teaching, then probably I will not go to college. I will probably end up getting married and having a couple of kids. When they are old enough to go to school, I might take some courses in college, just to keep me busy.
