Abortion (Islam Point of View)
Abortion is a very popular area of interest for writing. But the reason I chose to write about abortion is because in my country it’s particularly unheard of. I come from the United Arab Emirates, which is in the Middle East and very is highly focused on Islamic beliefs. But when I came here to the United States I heard about abortion everywhere, like there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Abortion is a sensitive issue today. There are people who are highly against it and there are people who support it. Personally, I am against abortion. I consider abortion a type of murder. For instance in partial birth abortion the woman’s labor is induced and when the baby’s head emerges from the birth canal, a sharp instrument such as a pair of scissors is jabbed into the base of the baby’s skull, then a vacuum tube is inserted to the hole and the brains of the baby are sucked out. The baby is alive while all this is happening. How can you not call that murder? I believe that nobody has the right to take another’s life. In my religion, murder is a sin. And since I am going to put it in a religious point a view, any religion will agree with me. Although sex before marriage is immoral, all humans make mi
There is one and only one reason that I believe abortion should be legal, and that is in the case in which it will save the mothers life. When a situation like this occurs, it is still hard to say that it would be ok. Because, some could argue that one never knows what could happen until it does. For instance, a medical miracle could occur between the time the woman had the abortion and the time she was due. Then, the abortion would have been for nothing. stakes. We are not perfect. But humans also created protection for people who don’t want to have kids. In today’s society, there are a lot of people who are not married and who do not want children, still they have sexual intercourse and get pregnant. And then, afterwards, they go and take the life of an innocent child that didn’t harm or do anything wrong to them. Are babies are not considered human to those who take their lives? A lot of people feel that from the time of conception the embryo is just a mass of cells. But if you think about it that’s all that humans basically are anyway, masses of cells. According to a Human Life Magazine article I read, it only takes about 45 cell generation splits to produce the 30 million cells that form an adult human being. Of these 45 generations, 8 have occurred by the time the embryo has attached to the uterine wall, 30 (or 2/3) have occurred by eight we
