There is one and only one reason that I believe abortion should be legal, and that is in the case in which it will save the mothers life. For instance, if a woman finds out that going full term with the pregnancy will potentially cause her death, then I believe that’s when abortion should be ok. When a situation like this occurs, it is still hard to say that it would be ok. Because, some could argue that one never knows what could happen until it does. For instance, a medical miracle could occur between the time the woman had the abortion and the time she was due. Then, the abortion would have been for nothing.
