For the project, I decided that I wanted to do my research on racism. After further researching the many topics within racism, I made the decision to do my paper on work place racism.              Since my father is a professor at Barry University, I was able to have access to their internet resource site where they provide search engines from journals, magazines, books, etc. I decided to first search at a place called electric library. They provide full-test articles. I first researched racism and became familiar with many specific topics like racism in politics, work, school, etc. After making my decision on racism at work, I researched that topic on Electric Library and found many useful sources. It exists in some form or another everywhere we are. Depending on who you ask, there are many different opinions as to whether workplace racism exists. According to one of Baskerville's articles, "Some of us feel that things are getting better, while others have found that nothing much has changed. Most of us agree that we"re still struggling - often on a daily basis - to be appreciated and valued for the work we do. Although things have gotten better, it has not been completely eliminated from society. .
Racism does not only exist in the United States.
