Romeo and Juliet

It was much said about the new production of "Romeo & Juliet", but I think it would not be out of place to talk about it one more time. The play was performed by the big-time cast of the Florentine theatre. This wonderfully original play is directed by Paul Anthony, a brilliant Italian actor. .
Every time I read or watch "R&J", it seems as if it is the first time. There is a reason the classical production Romeo and Juliet is the most enduring, most often performed and adapted, most often recalled and remembered, play. There is such depth and breadth to the story, to the language and to these characters that we all think we know so well. What a challenge it must have been then for Paul Anthony to direct a group of passionate youths in this production.a production that for many of them was literally their "first time." It is obvious that reading a book gives you fuller idea of the story because you can read underline. This production is not an exception. As gripping as the book is the script lacks for/in portraying the protagonists. But on the whole the actors understood the role thoroughly.
The play is based on worldwide known and ever-topical Shakespeare's "Romeo& Juliet". .
The story concerns a tragic history of two loving people Romeo & Juliet. Romeo (Montague), who is in love with Rosaline, goes to a party in an effort to forget her or to ease his broken heart. At this party he met Juliet, and immediately fell in love with her. He later finds out that she is a Capulet, the rival family of the Montagues. He decides that he loves her anyway and they confess their love for each other during the very famous "balcony scene" in which they agree to secretly marry the next day. Friar Lawrence agrees to marry them in an effort to end the feuding between the families. Unfortunately, the fighting gets worse and Mercutio (Montague) , a good friend of Romeo's, ends up in a fight with Tybalt (Capulet), Juliet's cousin.
