In his point of view, managers job do not just include organising, planning, co-ordinating and controlling but can be described in terms of ten different roles, and categorised into three parts, which are interpersonal, informational and decisional (Mintzberg, 1975). .
             To begin with interpersonal roles, manager deals with different situations each day, and they have to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders; therefore, they cannot only be in charge of duties, but it also indicates that managers need to communicate well "The Forbes Insights 2010 strategic initiatives Study" found out that nearly half of the respondents cited communication as an major part of their strategic planning and executive process (Institute, 2013). As qualified managers, communication skill is essential, because they need to deliver their thoughts in order to interact with people. For example, managers need to negotiate with stakeholders, and networking with employees. .
             Meanwhile, motivation is another major part in interpersonal role (Mintzberg, 1975) because it is the basement to build a better relationship with employees as a leader. Company like EE establishes a clear corporate communication program and offers manager's guidelines to conduct their workers to build a communication group with their colleagues As a result, the group made progress on their performance and the costs reduced 3% (EE, 2011). Again, here, managers do need to interact with people for future improvement of their performance and get information via employees. It creates a great opportunity to reinforce relationship between two parties .
             In contrast, company like Foxconn, was aware of their workers' suicides, workers felt isolated, which was due to lack of communication and interaction (Blanch, 2010). Foxconn is not the only one to be blamed for its typical phenomenon, but it is the most typical factory run by a management methodology that focuses only on productivity.
