The Assassination of JFK

John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, was assassinated on November 22nd, 1963 by Lee Harvey Oswald and an unknown gunman through the conspiracy theory involving the CIA. Although firing three shots at President Kennedy, Oswald was not the only responsible perpetrator for the death. The unknown gunman, working for the CIA, fired from the grassy knoll and emitted the fatal headshot which killed Kennedy. The CIA collaborated with Lee Harvey Oswald to commit the assassination of JFK as they had the means to manipulate Oswald and frame him in order that he would be entirely blamed and hence convicted for the crime. Furthermore, each with their own distinct motive, both powers banded together with the idea to kill the President.
Lee Harvey Oswald was critically involved in the assassination of JFK because he fired three shots from the Texas School Book Depository in attempt to kill the president. There is sufficient evidence that Oswald fired shots and this is supported by his motive for the assassination. As stated in the Warren Commission "The shots which killed President Kennedy and wounded Governor Connally are fired by Lee Harvey Oswald"1. This conclusion is supported by the evidence that he was in possession of the Mannlicher-Carcano Italian rifle from which the shots were fired, he carried this rifle into the Depository Building the morning of the assassination, at the time of the event he was at the window from where the shots were fired, shortly after the assassination Oswald's rifle was found partially hidden between some cartons on the sixth floor and the improvised paper bag in which he bought the rifle to the building was found near to the window.
