Gays: Rights or Demands?

For example an incident, which took place in Iraq that shows the cruelty and the merciless of the people, where ninety students were stoned to death for having 'Emo hair and tight clothes' which might somehow be related to their homosexual drives ("90 students in Iraq stoned to death for having 'Emo hair and tight clothes'." 1). Moreover, in 2009 two couples were arrested in Malawi for being homosexuals and what is even worse and is insulting on so many levels, is that they made the one of the accused undress many times in order to verify whether he was a woman or not. To my surprise, Russia, which is considered to be an European civilized country, is one of the top leaders in the homosexual human rights violation, where it is quite normal there to watch homosexuals getting beaten up in the streets by the people and to add fuel to the fire, sometimes policemen can give a hand as well. Same applies to Uganda, Cameron, Mauritania and Somalia where homosexuals are prosecuted and often tortured to death ("Worst Capital Punishments for Being (Illegally) Gay | List of Gay Punishment." 2).
The other forum of violation is the mental/physical one, which I consider far more painful than the physical one. Yes it is more painful than death; at least all those prosecuted were hurt once. What about those who keep getting hurt every day? What about the numerous homosexuals who keep getting bullied in schools everyday? What about those well-qualified 'Homosexual employees' who always get denied at any job interview just because their sexual identity? One of the major violations happens to take place in the United States of America, the country that claims to be the ' Land of the free', where homosexuals are not permitted to join the military to defend their own country and what is even more astonishing is that no one even bothered to raise this concern, when it is crystal clear.
