What about those well-qualified 'Homosexual employees' who always get denied at any job interview just because their sexual identity? One of the major violations happens to take place in the United States of America, the country that claims to be the ' Land of the free', where homosexuals are not permitted to join the military to defend their own country and what is even more astonishing is that no one even bothered to raise this concern, when it is crystal clear.
