The junior management (JM) guide could multitask by using a break to show the employee lounge, and perhaps even have liquid refreshments available. At about the third hour of the morning WAP, all new employees need to be shown to a comfortable, but secluded, area for a micro information seminar. During this seminar the JM guide will inform the new employees of the fine details of their job descriptions. Afterward, time allowing, a question and answer session can be held. Depending on the desires of upper management, a form or checklist can be used to document the new employees have attended the micro seminar. .
             The fourth hour of the morning WAP should be reserved for any paperwork that the Human Resources department needs completed. The JM guide should check with the new employees to answer any more questions and to assure that everyone is aware of the time and date of the next WAP. The second half day of the WAP should take place in the afternoon. Possibly, even the next day from the morning WAP. A different JM guide could be used to familiarize the new employees with another supervisor. The afternoon WAP needs to focus on the personal interaction aspect of their new job. An introduction with their new co-workers and immediate supervisors is a must.
