Employees will be made sure they follow a certain dress code with will be a suit and tie every day to work. They should have neatly styled hair and no abstract or low-class clothing. They must engage in appropriate behavior with customers and other employees or else they will be punished. It is important to be a team player. Dimensions of team play include that one must be interchangeable with other managers near one's level, meaning that narrow specialization and moral qualms would not be allowed. One must put in long hours at the office. They must also put in fair and equal amount of hours without lying about how long they worked. Being a team player also means being seen as an effective group member, sticking to one position, and not being a prima donna. It is also important that employees align themselves with the dominant ideology of the moment. They can't say no and can't only stick to their own guns or what they believe in. Their general attitude must be positive. They cannot be walking around like a zombie and have to smile, laugh, and at least pretend they are happy and motivated to work at Pfizer and do as much as possible for the company. An employee must make others feel comfortable. Anyone who is so dull-witted or stubborn that they do not respond to suggestions and become more presentable will be quickly marked as unsuitable for consideration. .
             Those employees that engage in economic transactions with the company as it carries out its primary purpose of providing society with goods and services are considered to be market stakeholders. Employees have various interests in a corporation. Employees want a stable job and to feel financially secure and free from worries about being laid off. They also want fair and equal pay. They want to be compensated in an appropriate manner and not discriminated against because of gender, race, or ethnic background. Corporations have to figure out stakeholder expectations: how they want to be treated, how they can be assisted, and how to maximize profits.
