My Journey to Kutztown University

Due to the pleasant people here at Kutztown they were able to show me where I needed to be which I appreciated very much so. I honestly knew from that point on I could call Kutztown home. Furthermore, as time went on I started to feel more comfortable here and I noticed that I started adjusting to Kutztown sooner than I expected. Which was definitely a plus for me because to be honest I would have wanted it to happen sooner than later. If it had happened later I would feel like I would be so far behind than what I am actually at now. My progress of schoolwork is showing the progression I have made from what I was doing at Moravian to now. Going from just being alright to where I actually need to be, so I can be excellent in my future. My future will not be the easiest but it will definitely be a gamble. A gamble that will consist of excellence and skill. This is what strives me everyday to do better and better at. My efforts and actions that I put in at college will show me where I stand with my future in the next few years. .
My other part of my journey to Kutztown University is likely different from others unless they are transfer students as well. Knowing the fact that I came from Moravian College in downtown Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I would consider it a very small private and expensive college where at the time I was a student-athlete. The tuition of Moravian College is one of my main reasons to why I had to transfer over to Kutztown University. In my opinion I think I made the better choice to be at Kutztown due to the financial standpoint and the fact that I am adjusting to the university on top of it. Coming from a small college that only consists of about two-thousand students then going to a university where there is about eleven-thousand students. I find that as a very big jump to adjust to and as well finding my way around here was a difficult task I had during week one. Which made it a little nervous for me since I did not know where much was around here.
