After the "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" success, then came Pinocchio, Fantasia, Dumbo, and Bambi. But the big main films of the forties and fifties in his Burbank studio was Fantasia, Bambi, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan (2). Movies weren't enough for Walt; he wanted to do a lot more for the people and 1children, especially his own. "You don't build it for yourself. You know what the people want and you build it for them," Walt once said (1). This is where he came up with his dream to build a place not only where children can have fun, but where people of all ages can enjoy. Years before the park was ever constructed, he would sit on benches and watch his daughters play in current amusement parks at the time. Disney would often think about how rugged and filthy those amusement parks were (2). So that's when his brain went running. During his visits to amusement parks he also noticed how the parents looked tired and anxious to get home, while the children wanted to stay (2). He observed the reactions of people's faces when they would get off the attractions at the park and how parents had nothing to do when they were there (2). All these factors started to stir up the dream place where it was clean and would have attractions that adults and children could enjoy together (2).

During Walt's job as a cartoonist and vocalist for his cartoons, Disney traveled all throughout the United States for ideas. Walt was a creative man, and needed inspiration for the park he hoped to build one day. Some of the major stops that he made on his trips was the Thomas Edison Workshop, the Wright Brothers" Bicycle Shop, and the house of the "Dictionary magnate" Noah Webster (3). It was as though Walt Disney wanted to be on the same page with life changing inventors to feel their vibe and creativity. Also on his trip Disney looked at different types of buildings that these people lived in as well as others in the area (3).
