Education.
Education has always been important to me. Even though classrooms are filled with many textbooks, I believe that there is much more to school then just reading lessons. School is where children develop their sense of self and how they fit in society. It has become more of a teacher's responsibility to help children understand, no matter what their background, that they can make a difference in their own lives and those of others. Throughout the past year I have realized even more, how much effort and time I will have to put into school and being able to achieve the most that I can, and it does not scare me. It is my dream to help a future generation, my children, to make their dreams come true. .
By becoming highly educated, I hope to have a small part in the success of their future. Most importantly, my family has shown me the importance of an education. They have taught me to appreciate the opportunities that I possess to make something out of my life, and work hard to make myself and them proud! They are the ones that always were there to motivate me and keep me determined to receive a higher status in life. They helped me realize that I had a lot of potential and that they were never strict with me because they were mean, but simply to make my life worthy for me. I have learned that in education and success, you should realize what you have accomplished. But never be afraid to have dreams and work towards them. Your dreams are what keep you going when everything around looks unhopeful. It is the one thing in life that no one can take from you. It is yours and no one else's. Set your goals as stepping stones in your life, know where you want to be in its end, and set small goals to get there. When you reach that small goal, move on towards the next one until you reach the end and have what you want and desire in life. This is exactly the path that I will follow to reach my dreams of a superior education.
