Why Christians cannot accepet Euthanasia

"Only God can choose when we die and therefore a Christian could not accept Euthanasia".
The word Euthanasia comes from two Greek words meaning "good (easy) death". The same issues are raised in suicide. However this time it is not the "self" who is doing the killing. It has been seen as "mercy killing" in the late 20th Century. This could also be described as letting the person die when there is no realistic hope of survival. The former is voluntary Euthanasia; the person concerned makes the decision. The latter is compulsory euthanasia. This is when family, friends, or doctors make the decision for the person who is concerned.
I believe that euthanasia should only be considered in certain situations. This is because people should not have to live if there is no chance of getting better. One example of this is a woman who is dying of terminal cancer. She has asked the doctor to give her a drug that will kill her quickly. I think this is ok because the woman is dying and won't recover. A real life example of this is Dr. Jack Kervorkion. He relief's the suffering of his ill patient's by helping them die.
Other people believe euthanasia is ok and think it should be legalized. They believe this because they think we should be able to choose how we die. They also believe a life of pain and suffering can be as bad as dying, but I disagree because it is unnecessary to suffer because there are painkilling drugs. .
Other reasons why I disagree of euthanasia are; mistakes can happen, a dying patient may not be able to think properly when deciding if the patient wants to die quickly, if the patient is unable to choose when to die, then who decides?.
Also it could make the ill and old feel they need to get out the way. Euthanasia is no better then murder.
Others say we should be able to choose how we die. But in the bible, the night before Jesus was crucified he knew he was going to die. He prayed to God and said, " Father, if you are willing, take away this cup of suffering.
