The set designer "executes plans for construction of sets, draw blueprints from the drawings and designs of the production designer, and oversees construction"(Buzzell 79).
             Most designers use the same steps when designing. Their "first step in developing a new design or altering an existing one is to determine the needs of the client, the ultimate function for which the design is intended, and its appeal to customers"(Bureau of Labor Statistics). Set .
