abortion

Four situations of abortion have been brought to my attention. Abortion is wrong in every case, and I will prove it wrong in the four cases I will now discuss.
If a pregnant woman doesn't want the child, she shouldn't be forced to have it. The statement that should replace the statement I copied above is, if a woman wants to have sex she should think about the consequences. Children aren't like prizes in a Cracker Jack box, where we would buy the Cracker Jacks, eat them, and then throw out the prize. Children are human beings that have souls and cannot simply be disposed of whenever they don't feel like having a child.
A pregnant woman should have the right to control her own body, even if it means having an abortion. A women's right to control her own body is no greater than a child's right to be born. I believe that child's right to life is slightly more important than the vanity of its mother. It is one thing to control your body and keep it healthy, but the unnecessary death of an unborn child is crossing the line.
An unwanted pregnancy is like an intruder; the woman can't get rid off it. In any other case of an intruder trespassing on your property, the killing of that intruder is illegal and unjust. The only way the killing of that intruder is legal is if the intruder poses a serious threat to the life of the victim. In most cases an unborn child does not pose a serious threat to the life of its mother. So why is it legal for a mother to consider her unborn child an intruder and abort that unborn child.
Abortion should at least be allowed in cases of rape or incest. This is the hardest situation to negate. To my knowledge in most cases of incest and rape the victim of that rape was not intending on going through the nine-month process of childbirth. However, I can see aborting the baby as a selfish action. It would take a true Christian to understand that she would be ending the life of a child.
