It's a Child not a Choice

was the last time that any of the ladies in this room were invited to a "fetus shower?" The term fetus is actually a Latin word that means young one. Calling a baby a fetus is an attempt to dehumanize it but is not really a bad term, because we are all called lots of things at our different stages of development such as infant, toddler, child, adolescent, teen and adult.
Changing the name does not change the baby into anything less than human.
Our laws are very confusing about when life begins. The only time that an unborn baby legally has rights is in cases of inheritance. There are many physicians who specialize in treating birth defects in children who are still inside of their mothers bodies, yet legally they do not have patients because our laws do not recognize the baby as a person. Legally a person is declared alive when they have measurable brain waves and a heartbeat can be recorded. Except if the person is still living inside of their mothers' body!.
A baby has its own heartbeat at 18 days after conception. That heartbeat is set in the pattern that it will beat in throughout life and is different than the pattern of the mothers. Brain waves are recorded at 40 days after conception.
Scientific tests have proven that unborn babies can learn. even though they can suck their thumb, get hiccups, kick and move around by 10 weeks after conception they are not protected by law. It is amazing to me that you can be fined $500 and sent to prison for harming just one egg of an Eagle , but it is legal to kill unborn babies. 4,600 human babies die from abortions each day!.
That is a total of 1.5 million babies each year at the hands of the abortionists.
Many people are shocked to learn that abortion on demand is legal throughout the entire nine months of pregnancy. The average American thinks that abortions are only done during the first three months and that the unborn child does not feel pain.
