            What is Patriotism? Patriotism is the pride in or devotion to our country. Ex world Trade center, The building was Total destroyed. Though this was painful this also brought America together. This lead people giving donation to the people dealing with the tragedy. It means patriotism in America is very extraordinary. We care about our people, we care about America.
             Our devotion to our country, America, is still great. We really try to help America. Like when it come to war we never did stray off the path of patriotism.
             "War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriatic feeling which think that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself- -John Stauart Nilk (1806-1873).
             Patriotism has changed for America for the better. We have gained the right to vote, women and African Americans changed the course and Character of African Americans changed the course and character of the nation. The thing that remain the same is we still do things for the better. Patriotism help sustain citizens by helping each other. .
             In conclusion I have discuss the role of Patriotism in America today. How has it changed (remained the same) from past descriptions? How does patriotism help sustain its citizens? Out of all of this patriotism is very important. If it wasn't for this their might not be an America.
