             Ethical Reasoning can be the most complex step in shaping ethical conduct. Most people believe solving an ethical dilemma is easy, until they are confronted with one. Many ethical dilemmas have "gray areas" which require an individual to rethink the situation as well as the possible consequences. .
             To better equip employees with decision making, organizations must provide the tools they need. One way of providing the tools for the employees is through training programs. .
             The bottom line of an ethic training program is accomplishing preferred behaviors in the workplace. As with management practice, the most important outcome is behaviors preferred by the organization. The best of ethical values and intentions are relatively meaningless unless they generate fair and just behaviors in the work place. That is why practices that generate lists of ethical values, or codes of ethics and codes of conduct are so important. Their development sensitizes employees to ethical considerations and minimize the chances of unethical behavior occurring in the first place.
