             There are times when the child within each of us dreams of being in another world, a world where magic truly exists and the Laws of Science do not apply. Imagine that everything surrounding you right now is magical and all these things can never be seen in the real world. What would you do? How would you feel? Just think of the possibilities if you live in a world like this, a world full of magic and mysteries waiting to be discovered. Wouldn't that be really amazing.
             In this modern times, very few people believe in magic because of the recent advances in science. Many people think that magic can only happen in their dreams. Now, however, millions of people are fascinated by magic through reading and this phenomenon can be shown by Harry Potter's story. His name is known by millions of people all over the world and his story continues to attract several millions more .
             Even though the story of Harry Potter is fictional, it has dealt with certain issues in the real world that makes it interesting and easy to relate with. The different kinds of character in the story also contribute to making the novel an entertaining book to read. Each character has his own unique traits that we encounter in the real world. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is an enchanting novel by J.K. Rowling and is apparently written particularly for kids. However, the lessons that People can learn from the novel are very valuable and they could be applied in their daily lives.
             Nowadays, it is rare to find a book which could easily capture the interest of millions of young readers. In today's age of modern science and computers, most children have already forgotten the wonderful experience of reading. They want everything served to them in an instant. They have lost their patience and forbearance. But because of one book, they have been positively influenced to go back to reading. Even adults have been absorbed in reading the book.
