            Intelligence - what is it, how can we measure it and can we rely .
             upon the results given by different tests like IQ or psychology ones? .
             It has long been an issue of debate of different scientists, and .
             almost everyone had its own point of view according to the word .
             "intelligence". The research made by American journalists in 1985 can .
             serve as a vivid example of this. A group of journalists made a .
             request to twenty-five different independent researchers united one .
             common idea - the study of functions of brain and its supreme .
             activity- intelligence, to give a definition to the word .
             "intelligence". The results are turned out to be as were expected. The .
             journalists got twenty-five completely different definitions .

             intelligence? Most of people will say it is innate, general ability to .
             think better than others, probably, there is meaning, but I think we .
             have to take a more deep glance at this issue. Intelligence implies .
             also such things as ability to adapt quickly to new things and .
             problems in life, including personality traits, attitudes, and other .
             things. In psychology, intelligence is defined as the capacity to .
             acquire knowledge or understanding and to use it in new situations. .
             The views of intelligence are differ, for example, Jacques Barzun in .
             his book "The House of Intellect" writes- " Since it is seldom clear .
             whether intellectual activity denotes a superior mode of being or a .
             vital deficiency, opinion swings between considering intellect a .
