             Personal Health.
            
             I just recently became a member at In-Motion Fitness. I participated in a exercise class called Super Abs. It is a half an hour class that focuses on firming up the abdominal area. Working out is something that is very important to me and is part of my lifestyle. When I moved here I didn't work out at first and it felt strange not to be going to the gym like I was used to doing back home. Now that I've joined a fitness club here I will be sure to use it on a regular basis. I feel so much better when I have worked out, knowing that I have done something healthy and good for my body. .
             The Super Abs class was a very intense class. I have never been to a class like this one. I was sore right afterwards, which normally doesn't happen until the next day. I was glad to be sore though because I knew it had worked. We did so many different kinds of crunches that we worked every part of the abdominal's. We also did lots of stretching which is a necessity when working out.
             Before the class I did twenty minutes on the elliptical machine, which basically works your legs. That is my favorite work out equipment because it burns a lot of calories and you don't feel like your working too hard. Now that I have gotten started again im not going to let myself be lazy and not go because then you just get out of shape all over again. Its such a easy thing that just takes thirty minutes out of your day so why not just go.
