Media - Evaluation of a Music Video Production

At times our concentration levels went down and we slightly went of task which they lost us even more time which lead to more problem overcome, this also lead to arguments which then wasn't good for our team working skills.
             Technical and Creative Review.
             Amy Moxon overall was a good all – rounder and contributed most to the outcome of this music video most of her ideas were put into the music video for example the theme of friendship was her idea and friendship became the most important theme in the Music video. Even though she had some difficulties all of them were overcome in an orderly fashion such as when she didn't know how to edit things or what words mean, she would ask for help, if she didn't understand what we were trying to say she would ask, she had some difficulties acting at first but then became very comfortable. Nothing stopped her from coming to the after school filming sessions and without her volunteering to be an actor we wouldn't have been able to get our edit done. She was the organized one in our group and this helped us significantly into the production of the music video as this meant that paperwork could be finished at home and referred back to when we needed. All I have are good points to say about Amy, she continuously works hard at times when it's needed and when its not.
             Uma Bartlett got very distracted at time but all members did including me. Uma's distractions lead to either me or Amy being distracted with her. At times when concentration was needed Uma's level dramatically dropped and this lead to some of the paperwork she needed not being completed at the time. Uma also did not attend all of the scheduled times for filming after school and then when re-scheduled she attempted to but didn't eventually come, at times we needed her to film and that was a big let-down for us. The last time we wanted to film was 5 weeks ago on Tuesday and luckily she had let us know she couldn't make it so we rescheduled for r 2 weeks later on the Monday and she didn't turn up.
