The Process of Planning a Wedding

it's the biggest, most anticipated day of many people's lives. Yet, despite the months, or perhaps years of planning for the big event, things along the way, and on the day itself, can go terribly wrong. Some people may choose to plan their wedding themselves, and others might choose to not plan at all and elope. However, while it is ultimately up to the people getting married, I would always suggest getting a planning/coordinator the wedding. Planning can help a wedding run smoothly and will make the event more successful. It will make the event beautiful and seamless. Planning a wedding is a necessity although it can make a wedding stressful, can cause turmoil, but ultimately it makes the wedding successful.
Planning a wedding will ultimately help the wedding run smoothly, however, can make a wedding very stressful. Setting and sticking to a budget, choosing the venues and other details, and actually conquering the big day are major factors that can cause stress in a wedding. Many brides want their wedding to be perfect which puts more stress on themselves, the wedding planner, and everyone else involved. There are many elements in planning weddings and it can take months or years to plan weddings. Financing is a big part of the wedding planning process that can be very stressful. According to Lenderman, in The Complete Idiots Guide to the Perfect Wedding, there are many steps in deciding what your budget needs to be. As he says, "No one wants to talk about the cost of the wedding. But ultimately, you do have to talk about it; the earlier you begin talking about it, the better"" (Lenderman 23). He also gives some other points while discussing budget. First, determining how formal you want your wedding to be is a big factor is coming up with a budget. Extravagant weddings, obviously, will cost much more while informal weddings will cost the least. After setting the budget is important to put it on paper to keep track of spending throughout the process (Lenderman 19-25).
