Why is going to college so important?.
Going to college has become a huge part of the modern society, it has become a part of our daily routines and especially, ourselves. l It is important that people start setting their goals for education, early. Although the colleges and universities of today carry a heavy price tag, it is of great importance not to let that discourage you from obtaining a college education. College should be seen as a valuable investment that will pay off In the long run. For example, if in the future, you want to get a good job, most likely you won't obtain it "you'll need a degree. It will help you to make important connections with people, and it will qualify you for more jobs than if you don't attend. College is not just a financial choice, it's the beginning of a lifelong journey, one that will shape and determine your future. It means more options, more money, and more benefits. In my opinion, choosing to go to college is the best decision anyone can take. It's essential for a good life.
Why is going to college important? One important answer to this question is opportunity. As opposed to generations of the past, high school graduates today are unable to obtain the number of high-paying jobs that were once available. (College View) The U.S. has been transformed from a manufacturing-based economy to an economy based on knowledge, and the importance of a college education today can be compared to that of a high school education forty years ago. Even though college can be a big load on people's shoulder, it has opened a lot of doors for many college students. Going to college or a university serves as the gateway to better options, and more opportunity. Some of these options include; a higher paying job, a good college/university, or choosing to live independently. These are all options and opportunities that are available to most college students, not a must or a need.
