Ted Steinberg, in his book, American Green, depicts the lives and thoughts of numerous Americans and their obsessiveness over their gardens amid a time of incredible advancement. The book furnishes the reader with stories and articles that vary from outrageously tremendous yards, trimmed by hand and scissors, to lawn-mower racing.
