Providing service requires one to show humility and recognize the importance of people assure from oneself. In a thriving brotherhood, deference is essential in the guidance and mentorship of the younger brothers as well as build a relationship based on respect and understanding.
Many cultures use deference as the basis of their moral values. Without the structure and orderly conduct that deference engenders there would be a rise in chaos and defiance in society due to everyone attempting to be dominant. Without submission, wars would carry on endlessly until whole groups are eradicated, conflicting desires would ruin relationships, and there would be no acclaim for a higher power. Accrediting the existence of a higher power shows ones dedication beyond selfish inclinations and helps humanity inch toward a love for all mankind.
Deference is something that is required if you ever want to exceed in life. There have been times when I was working and my boss gave me a daunting task in a short amount of time. Personally, I know that this task is impossible, but me being in at a level that is lower than his, I only respected his decision and did the best I could.
