If we are operating the cloud using web based applications, the PC cost will be less. We do not need to wait for the latest updates, those are automatically updated by using these web applications on the cloud. .
54 percent of the companies intend to use the cloud deployment models. 63 percent of financial services, 59 percent of health care, 41 percent of transportation and 62 percent of the manufacturing using private cloud computing models. 72 percent of the Organizations using private cloud and 58 percent agreed that private cloud giving better control of their data. The amount spent on virtual private and private cloud is $15.3 Billion in 2011. It might be increased to $82.3 Billion. These are due to private cloud is limited by the service provider.

The basic hardware components used to build the private cloud are UPS, CPU, router. UPS is to supply the power to computer and other parts. The central processing unit is a processor that carries the directions of the computer program. A server is a physical hardware component which is used to serve the needs to customers. By utilizing the advanced servers, we can download and install the new hardware and softwares, we can transfer the data between other devices and data will be secure.
