After several highs and lows, Pyo established Wizard Works, in hope to create mobile applications, to be specific, Korea's number one utility mobile application. Since then, Pyo and his company have developed hundreds of applications, and finally came to develop the most successful series of services, titled the Som series: "The first is Som-cloud, which is a web-drive service. The second is Som-to-do, which is a scheduling application. The last is Som-note, which is a note-taking application." The company created Som-cloud during the web-widget development process, and Som-cloud is finally benefiting the company by "playing a massive role in providing the schedule and note storage for mobile application users".
Looking more in depth on one of the three major products, Som-note is a note-taking utility application that serves similar purpose as Evernote, which is well known across America. However, Pyo believes that Evernote "is too complex and contains some functions that are limited to office-working men. In a hit of spite, Pyo dreamt of creating a note application that could be used throughout different age level and genders. For that reason, Som-note emphasizes simplicity and cuteness to appeal to female and teenagers. Unlike Wizard Work's past applications that required much advertisement through media, Som-note was advertised by users who genuinely found the application very useful, approachable, and easy to access. .
With Pyo's unending ambition, he wishes to attack countries other than Korea. For example, "We have already developed a Chinese version and Japanese version of Som-note." He believes that Som-note's fast spreading popularity will boom again in those countries. In order to accomplish his goals, he would need to focus not only on enhancing his product, but also on keeping the company as good as it was before. Referring to the Timmons's model, Pyo found "team" the most important among resources, team, and opportunity.
