Our customers will want and expect a user friendly software that will be challenging yet helpful and give them the strength and tools to become fully confident and prepared about the exams they have to take to become a doctor. The value of our potential customer is that these people can potentially save up to millions of lives depending on how many people buy/use this software. Heck, these people might even save our lives and people in our company's lives. .
THE RELATIONSHIP.
We want to build an accomplishing, motivating relationship with our customer. Also I want to make them feel comfortable in us and truly believe that if you study our exams you will have a very good chance of passing your exam and continue on with success. We foster exchange by having the software online where the customer has to login so the customer and we can keep track, store, and look back to their information and where they are in the program. This will make the customer feel in power because they can control what to look at and see where they are in the program. We want to have tutorials, how-to's for the first steps to help the customer refresh his/her knowledge. Then we will have chapter-by-chapter practice problems showing them how to do specific information and learn the concepts. Then at each chapter we have a practice exam. Then after you go through all the tutorials, practice problems and examinations for each chapter, you take a final practice examination of the exam itself. Having the same environment added to it such as the time you have, the sections, everything will be close to the way the actual exam is formatted. Features I believe would be vital to add is an "Ask Us" sections so if our customer is confused they can either call us or chat with us; and even a "Find A Tutor" section via skype or tutors in the area that we provide for additional fees. That will really help foster the exchange and help us work together.
