             The learning and development program for the employees is divided into 4 areas: Room to having a great start: The training director believes that when a new employee joins the Crowne Plaza hotel they have to go through an exhaustive process, where the new joiners are familiarized with the property, their department and the team with whom they are going to work. This process is known as on-boarding and has duration of two weeks, which is mandatory for all the new joiners; be it managers, supervisors or front line staff.
