            Being a college students nowadays is tough, as well dealing with a great amount of stress then we need to in our lives. Everyday college students are taking a toll from stress that comes in various ways during college. It deals out a great amount of stress on their mental and physical body just to be successful in school. The amount of time we spent on workload has increased over time since the earlier years of college. Not being organized is another way why college students lives become stressful over the years. The problem of having stress occurring in college students is related to many things in life such as financial, time management, poor eating habits, and the amount of workload on them.
             Because the amount of workload that is given to college student, students tend to lose track of time and become very unorganized. Which is never a good thing while they're in college level courses. Because with all the workload at hands, college students start to pick up bad eating habits and as well poor sleeping habits. Instead of reducing the amount of classes per semester, they tend to overload themselves with classes, not realizing how much stress this can bring over time. As a result this lead to stress, which in many cases lead to having health problems, anxiety, and having a difficult time concentrating in class.
             Not only has the workload increased, but as well the tuition of going to college has gone up as well, which put many college students at risk of being in debt for a long time. That financial struggle can sometime lead to make poor choices throughout our college lives, and it becomes a habit among many. An example of a bad choice when taking a loan out for college, it all great and well because we're going to college and you feel like we're doing something to better ourselves. Just when the bills start coming in, homework builds up, the stress start kicking in, college students start to lose their focus on their goals and dreams.
