McDonald's has a healthy menu, and it is as cheap as a combo. First, in "Preventing Obesity" Barbara Montel claims "It concluded that only twenty-six percent of adults eat vegetables three or more times a day, which is far below the Health Objectives set by the Federal Government a decade ago" (800). It is people responsibility what are they going to eat, is their own decision if they want to eat healthy or regular fat food. People think that fast food would digest soon, but it take two or three months to digest all the flour and meat. Also in the lawsuit McDonald's claims that even if true, it is also "a matter of knowledge that any processing that its food undergo serve to make them more harmful than unprocessed foods" (qtd. in Super Size Me). It is well known that fast food is not healthy, is as synthetic food, not natural food, and it contains a lot of sugar on it. McDonald's has a healthy menu, but it doesn't mean people would buy it.
People always want to blame someone for their own fails, is just their responsibility to know bad and good.
